Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Armani Tours and Travel. By accessing and using our website, booking our services, or engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Booking and Payments
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment must be made within the specified timeframe before departure.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other specified payment methods.
  • Failure to complete payment within the deadline may result in booking cancellation without a refund.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • Refunds for third-party bookings (flights, hotels) are subject to their respective policies.
  • Armani Tours and Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, political instability, or health emergencies.
3. Travel Documents and Insurance
  • Travelers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required documents.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to check entry requirements for the destination country.
  • We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
4. Health and Safety
  • Travelers must comply with local health regulations, including vaccination requirements.
  • Armani Tours and Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any client who poses a health or safety risk.
  • Clients should disclose any medical conditions that may affect their travel experience.
5. Liability and Responsibility
  • Armani Tours and Travel acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport providers. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties.
  • We are not responsible for any personal injuries, loss of belongings, or unexpected changes in itinerary due to external factors.
  • Travelers are responsible for their own conduct and compliance with local laws during the trip.
6. Changes to Itineraries
  • Armani Tours and Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of itinerary changes, alternative arrangements of equal or greater value will be provided.
  • Clients will be notified as soon as possible about significant changes to their bookings.
7. Safari Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable safari experience, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Respect Wildlife: Maintain a safe distance from animals. Do not attempt to touch, feed, or provoke wildlife.
  • Stay Inside the Vehicle: Unless permitted by the guide, remain inside the safari vehicle for your safety.
  • Follow Guide Instructions: Listen carefully to your safari guide’s instructions at all times.
  • No Littering: Help protect the environment by disposing of waste properly.
  • Keep Noise to a Minimum: Loud noises can startle wildlife and disrupt the safari experience.
  • Dress Appropriately: Wear neutral-colored clothing, comfortable shoes, and carry sun protection.
  • Avoid Flash Photography: Flash can disturb animals. Use natural lighting or low-light camera settings.
  • Do Not Collect Souvenirs from Nature: Removing plants, rocks, or animal remains is strictly prohibited.
  • Night Safari Rules: If participating in a night safari, follow flashlight and safety guidelines provided by the guide.
  • Respect Local Communities: Be mindful of cultural customs when visiting local villages or interacting with indigenous groups.
  • Children on Safari: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children follow safety guidelines at all times.
  • Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency, remain calm and follow your guide’s instructions.

Failure to comply with these safari guidelines may result in removal from the tour without refund.

8. Group Bookings
  • Special discounts may be available for group bookings of 6 or more travelers.
  • Group bookings require a higher deposit percentage due to increased logistical requirements.
  • If a member of a group cancels, the remaining travelers may be subject to a price adjustment to reflect the new group size.
9. Loyalty Program
  • Clients who book multiple trips with Armani Tours and Travel may be eligible for discounts, free upgrades, or priority booking benefits.
  • Loyalty program benefits are non-transferable and subject to availability.
  • Armani Tours and Travel reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
10. COVID-19 Policy
  • Travelers must adhere to all COVID-19 safety protocols, including testing and vaccination requirements as per government regulations.
  • If a traveler tests positive for COVID-19 before departure, we will assist in rescheduling, subject to availability and additional costs.
  • Armani Tours and Travel is not responsible for costs incurred due to quarantine, border restrictions, or health-related delays.
11. Child Policy
  • Children under 2 years old travel for free on most tours (subject to destination-specific policies).
  • Children aged 2-12 years may qualify for discounted rates.
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Some activities may have age restrictions due to safety concerns.
12. Photography and Media Restrictions
  • Travelers are encouraged to take photos and videos for personal use.
  • The use of drones or professional cameras may require special permits.
  • Respect local customs and obtain permission before taking photos of locals, wildlife, or cultural sites.
  • Armani Tours and Travel may use customer photos shared on social media for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
13. Special Assistance Services
  • Travelers requiring special assistance (e.g., wheelchair access, dietary restrictions, medical support) must notify us at the time of booking.
  • While we strive to accommodate all needs, availability of special services may vary by destination.
  • Additional charges may apply for special assistance services.
14. Complaints and Disputes
  • Any complaints should be reported immediately to our team for resolution.
  • Disputes will be handled amicably, but if necessary, legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of Kenya.
15. Privacy Policy
  • We collect personal information solely for booking and communication purposes.
  • Client data is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required for booking purposes.
  • By using our services, you consent to our use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
